Invitation for the media and journalists

We invite journalists to the programs of the International Exhibition of Contemporary Art “Russian Art Week”.

The following programs will be held during April 14-19, 2020:

c) "Art-Portrait" XII International exhibition of portraiture (www.artportrait.club )
d) "The Great Copy" International festival of copyist artists (www.artcopy.net )
 
The opening ceremony of all programs: April 14, 2020.

Exhibition working hours: April 14-18 from 11:00 to 20:00; April 19 — from 11:00 to 17:00

April 14 (17:30-20:00), Opening Ceremony
April 15-19 (12:00-20:00) Workshops and lectures
April 15 (15:00-20:00) Moscow Forum of Curators
April 17 (11:00-18:00) Conference "Preservation and multiplication of historical heritage and cultural values of the peoples of Russian Federation"
 
We offer to consider the following forms of information cooperation and partnership:
1) Exchange of banners and links on official and affiliate sites;
2) Exchange of flyers, including the distribution of media advertising information during the Russian Art Week.
3) Exchange of news about special programs;
4) Announcements of current events, workshops, seminars, round tables.
5) Establishment of a special prize for exhibitors by the information partner;
6) Participation of a media representative in the opening / closing ceremonies of the exhibition, as well as in the parallel program.

 

The exhibition area is 4000 square meters - will maximize the presentation of a huge layer of modern art culture.The exhibition will consist of more than 1000 art objects. Geography of participants – about 50% of artists from Moscow and about 50% - artists from almost all regions of Russia and some EU countries. Along with traditional forms of art, the latest trends in art will be shown.
 
We propose to consider the possibilities of information partnership. We are open for long-term cooperation, as the Russian Art Week is held twice a year - in spring and autumn.
