COMPETITIONS:
All works registered by participants are presented within the framework of the competition program. This is an excellent opportunity for authors to demonstrate their works to a wide audience and receive an assessment from professionals. All exhibited works are not only displayed, but also become the subject of active discussion against the backdrop of a rich cultural program.
JURY:
Members of the Expert Council, consisting of highly qualified specialists from various parts of the world - Europe, Asia and America, are engaged in evaluating the competition works. Their expertise allows them to highlight the most interesting and significant works, and also maintains a high artistic level of the exhibition. Evaluation of competition works becomes an important stage that helps to identify talented authors and gives participants the opportunity to gain recognition.
SALES:
In addition, the competition works take part in the fair, which gives the authors a chance to sell their works. By specifying the price when registering, the authors can sell their works directly during the exhibition, taking into account a small commission of the Organizing Committee. If the author does not intend to sell their works, he can leave the price empty, which allows him to focus on the process of exhibiting and communicating with visitors.
CATALOGUES:
All participants of the competition will also be able to see their works in a full-color A4 exhibition catalog. This is not only an important element of documentation, but also a stylish carrier of information about the works and their creators. Such a catalog will be a wonderful addition to the portfolio of each author, emphasizing his participation in a significant cultural event.
FORUM:
The Russian Art Week will also host a forum that will bring together an expert community, where current topics of contemporary art will be discussed. This is a unique opportunity for all participants to ask questions to top-class specialists and receive valuable recommendations, which will certainly enrich their creative perception and professional experience.

You send a file (photo of the exhibition piece), we print it out, design it according to your request and place it in the exhibition. Photocopies can be exhibited in the following form:
a) in an art book,
b) in a frame,
c) printed on foam board,
d) framed in a professional baguette.
The choice of the form of participation is made when filling out the registration form.
(sending your original artworks to the Organizing Committee)
You send your work (original or giclee) to the Russian Art Week' Directorate by any transport company / courier service. It is necessary for the courier to bring the paintings to the address of the exhibition directorate: Moscow, Kievskaya St., 2, 4th floor, TGC "Kyivskiy". We accept the works and place them in the exhibition. At the end of the exhibition, the Organizing Committee packs the works in stretch and hands them over to the courier, who is organized by the author.

The author or authorized persons bring the exhibition works to the exhibition hall and hand them over to the exhibition at the appointed time.
At the end of the exhibition, the works are returned to the author or authorized persons. To transfer the works to the exhibition, it is necessary to fill out the "Transfer Act" in two copies (download in Word, PDF format)
Authors working professionally in various fields of the Art World. This group also includes members of professional creative associations - unions, associations, non-profit partnerships
Students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions studying in artistic fields. This group also includes graduates who completed their studies no later than 2 years ago
Authors who do not have a special artistic education, creating works of art as a hobby, as a form of personal self-realization

registration process step-by-step
preparation of materials before registration begins
Prepare photographic materials in electronic form (.JPG, .TIF formats, from 1 to 10 MB). Photographic materials include photos of author's artworks. Additionally, it is possible to send:
a) photos of the author;
b) scans of membership cards.

Fill out the registration form. Each work is registered separately. If the photo materials are more than 10 MB, then first fill out the registration form without photo materials, and then send the photos to email:
confirmation from the Organizing Committee
The organizing committee reviews the submitted applications and sends a confirmation to the author about the possibility of his/her participation in the project. Together with the confirmation, the author is sent a link to pay the registration fees.
