How to participate in the Exhibition and Art Fair Programme of the Russian Art Week (rules of engagement)

The fair program of the Russian Art Week is open to galleries, creative teams and individual authors from any region of the Russian Federation, as well as from any country in the world.

XXXVI Exhibition & Contest of Modern and Contemporary art "Russian Art Week" (season "2024-spring")

Application deadline: April 2, 2024

Exhibition dates: April 9-14, 2024 (11.00-20.00)
Opening ceremony: April 9, 2024, 18:00
Announcement of the winners: April 14, 2024, 16:00.

THE SEQUENCE OF REGISTRATION:

Stage 1:

a) send a application form to participate in the exhibition (to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.):
- Application Form for legal entity (in Word, PDF)
- Application Form for individual (in Word, PDF)
- Profile of an individual (in Word, PDF)
b) send 3-5 photos of art objects

 

Stage 2:

The Organizing Committee will review the application and, if so, will send the documents required for participation in the fair:
a) The text information in the catalog (in Word, PDF)
b) Order of additional equipment (in Word, PDF)
c) The agreement to participate (in Word, PDF)
d) Account for payment (in Excel, PDF)
d) Order badges, passes and invitations (in Word, PDF)

 

Stage 3:

(Design of art objects for the exhibition):

The Exhibitor delivers the art objects in the exhibition space and draws stand. The organizing Committee assists in the formation of the exhibition and hanging (80 rubles-suspension of one art object). Labels for art objects can be attached to a stretcher or canvas, and decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).
Terms of arrival at the exhibition and the formation of stands: November 1, 2021, from 15.00 to 20.00.
Exhibited art objects must contain:
a) label with assigned number (in the lower right corner, on the front side),
(b) attachments, hooks, grommets or nails required for suspension. Volumetric works should have stands and devices that prevent the filling of the art object.
c)" Card-transfer act " (download in Word, PDF format). This card is a documentary confirmation of the delivery of the art object to the exhibition.
