XXXVI Exhibition & Contest of Modern and Contemporary art "Russian Art Week" (season "2024-spring")

Exhibition dates: April 9-14, 2024 (11.00-20.00)
Opening ceremony: April 9, 2024, 18:00
Announcement of the winners: April 14, 2024, 16:00.

METHODS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION PROGRAM:

There are forms of participation: ONLINE (in absentia) and IN PERSON (internal way)

Ways of participation: More

  1. PERSONAL (Full-time) (works are brought by the author to the exhibition, on the day of the exposition);
  2. ARTWORK (works are sent by mail to the organizing Committee before the exhibition)
  3. ART PRINT (in the form of photocopies, the author sends files to the organizing Committee)


In correspondence and full-time works are evaluated by the jury and have equal rights.
 
 
How to participate in the contest programs of the Russian Art Week International:

Full-time and in absent participants can be sent to the Organizing Committee (by e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) the same materials:

a) Application form (download Word, PDF)
b) Labels (download Word, PDF);
c) Photo of the author (with a minimum of 3x4 cm.)
d) Images of the works (at least 200 dpi, no more than 20 MB);
e) a copy or screenshot of the registration fee payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Yandex and PayPal.

How to provide the entry materials?
Registration materials can be sent to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or postal address of the organizing committee: 119072, Moscow, Serafimovicha str. 2, box 7.

Author (or a group of co-authors) can participate with any amount of work. In addition, each work will be assessed as an independent work.

 
Comments to the participation forms:

a) In person participation: participant presents works in form of original photographs of art objects (or copies) prepared to be exhibited (see Word).
b) In absent participation: the contestant provides photographs in electronic form only. Organizing committee prints, designs and places in the overall exposure, open wide audience of visitors.
c) Participation as a lecturer: any specialist has the opportunity to conduct workshops, lectures, meetings, presentation of their work. To do this, you must submit a request to the Organizing Committee to participate as a lecturer. After review and approval of the application by the Organizing Committee approximately 1 to 3 lecture hours will be available to the lecturer.
g) Participation in the workshop: for the the Russian Art Week participants the program of all the workshops is free. The visitors have the opportunity to visit only one individual workshop or lecture, pre-registering on our website, under "Accreditation students master classes."
