Participation Fee for Art-Fair program

Registration fees

There are three types of participation in the fair program: 
1) The stand in the form "П"
2) A wall
3) Free space

The fair will be held at the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center, Pavilion 2, from April 14 to April 19, 2020!

Section "Solo | Personal" (individuals, personal stand / space)

Cost:

Registration fee: 15 euros (for individuals). / for all types of space indicated below
1. Cost of a standard stand (3 walls, "П" shape):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 70 euros / sq. meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 99 euros / sq. meter
2. Cost of a standard wall (1 wall):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 85 euros / linear meter.
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 115 euros / linear meter.
3. Cost of a free space (without construction): (for sculptures)
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 55 euros / sq. meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 85 euros / sq. meter

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS:
1) 5% discount - for registration from 5 to 10 square meters or linear meters.
2) 10% discount - for registration from 11 to 15 square meters. or linear meters.
3) 15% discount - for registration over 15 square meters. whether running meters.
4) For members of the Eurasian Art Union an additional 20% discount applies.

Section "Gallery" (Legal entities)

Cost:

Registration fee: 30 euros (Legal entities). / for all types of space indicated below
1. Cost of a standard stand (3 walls, "П" shape):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 85 euros  / sq. meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 115 euros /.sq. meter
2. Cost of a standard wall (1 wall):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 99 euros / linear meter.
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 129 euros / linear meter.
3. Cost of a free space (without construction): (for sculptures)
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 70 euros / sq. meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 99 euros / sq. meter

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS:
1) 5% discount - for registration from 5 to 10 square meters or linear meters.
2) 10% discount - for registration from 11 to 15 square meters. or linear meters.
3) 15% discount - for registration over 15 square meters. whether running meters.
4) For members of the Eurasian Art Union an additional 20% discount applies.

Section "Project" (collective presentation of community)

Attention: For members of the Eurasian Art Union there is a 20% discount.

Cost:

Registration fee: 30 euros (for a common stand).
1. Cost of a standard stand (3 walls, "П" shape):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 70 euros / sq. meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 99 euros / sq. meter
2. Cost of a standard wall (1 wall):
- for those who participated earlier in the Russian Art Week: 85 euros / linear meter
- for those who did not participate earlier in the Russian Art Week: 115 euros / linear meter.
3. Cost of a free space (without construction): (for sculptures)

Registration fees

1) The price is for participation of one art object.
2) in case of submission to the competition series, payment is made:

  Discounts / bonuses:   
Volume discounts for all participants:
а) 5% discount - for registering from 5 to 9 artworks
b) 10% discount - for registering from 10 to 14 artworks
c) С15% discount-registering more than 15 artworks


  Surcharge for sizes:   
For planar works introduced additional surcharges (only for perconal participation with original of artwork):
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 100 cm and 150 cm on the larger side, there is an extra charge equal to 50% of the cost.
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 151 cm and 200 cm on the larger side, there is an extra charge equal to 100 % of the cost.
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 201 cm and 218 cm on the long side will be charged an additional payment equal to 130% of the cost
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing Committee individually.
Total size:
The two-dimensional dimensions of the work may not exceed 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters).
A three-dimensional artwork (i.e. sculpture) cannot exceed 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters).
